Wax the Ash Candle LLC was established in May 2022. I became a stay-at-home mom after a high-risk pregnancy, which resulted in a premature birth and led to my early retirement as a Detention Deputy Sheriff.
Initially, Wax the Ash Candle LLC started as a hobby that helped me cope with the significant changes in my life after experiencing preeclampsia in November 2019. I discovered that making non-toxic, vegan-friendly, phthalate-free coconut soy candles, wax melts, and room sprays was a therapeutic outlet. I dedicated time to perfecting this craft, which is how I entered the candle industry, aiming to promote safer and less toxic alternatives in our community.
